Learn how MindStudio uses PartnerPage to reward partners, streamline introductions, and legitimize its program.
INSIGHTS FROM

Dannielle Sakher
Vice President, Go-To-Market
Challenge
MindStudio’s agency partners were consistently asking for more visibility - and customers were already looking for help implementing the platform.
Before launching a directory, partner introductions were handled through a reactive, manual process. Requests typically came in via support, were routed through a Google Form, and required one-to-one follow-ups from the partnerships team. There was no clear, customer-facing destination to discover partners or understand how to work with them.
As Vice President, Go-To-Market, Dannielle Sakher wanted to achieve two clear goals:
Create a self-serve path for customers to find and request implementation partners.
Use visibility as a reward - listing only the most trusted, high-performing partners rather than everyone by default.
At the same time, the directory needed to reinforce MindStudio’s broader partner strategy. The goal was to put the program “front and center, not just in front of our prospects and customers, but also our partners,” and to give it real legitimacy.
Solution
MindStudio used PartnerPage to roll out its agency directory in three deliberate phases, validating partner adoption first and layering in customer demand only once the foundation was in place.
Phase 1: Pilot
The pilot focused on a small group of top partners.
The goal was to:
Ensure listings were complete and credible
Avoid an empty directory at launch
Learn what partners needed to successfully get listed
Two thirds of pilot partners created a profile, giving the team confidence in the core listing experience and surfacing early FAQs and quality standards.
Phase 2: Beta
Next, MindStudio opened the directory to its broader partner ecosystem.
The goal was simple: scale partner participation while maintaining quality.
This phase helped the team:
Refine onboarding guidance and FAQs
Identify where partners stalled or left profiles incomplete
Clarify expectations before going customer-facing
The beta made it clear that participation improved when partners understood when the directory would matter and how it fit into the wider program.
Phase 3: GA
GA was the culmination of the pilot and beta learnings.
For the final push, MindStudio:
Set a clear GA date
Shared a full promotion plan (email, paid ads, social, website CTAs)
Gave partners a social amplification kit with ready-to-use copy and visuals
Used featured partner placement as a reward - helping close additional partners just days before launch
At GA, MindStudio:
Launched with 50+ partners
Represented 12+ countries and 17 languages
Positioned the directory as a core pillar of the partner program
Results
PartnerPage helped MindStudio turn partner visibility into a measurable, scalable motion.
Implementation requests at launch and surpassed the total volume seen in the previous 90 days
25+ partners amplified the launch on socials
Launch-day LinkedIn performance saw:
6× boost in post impressions
11× boost in members reached
1,000+ visits to the directory during launch week
Operationally, the directory replaced a reactive workflow with a cleaner, repeatable process:
Partner requests are triaged and assigned in a few clicks
Requests can be reassigned if partners don’t respond
Status updates are visible in one place, reducing follow-up overhead
The partnerships team no longer needs to manually coordinate every introduction
With PartnerPage, MindStudio launched a global agency directory that does more than list partners.
The three-phase rollout helped:
Legitimize the partner program internally and externally
Reward top partners with visibility that actually drives demand
Make it easier for customers to discover, evaluate, and engage implementation partners
“It really helps legitimize our program,” Dannielle explained. “It puts our program front and center - and got this out into market a lot quicker than we would’ve been able to do ourselves.”
The result is a directory that supports partner growth, improves customer outcomes, and gives MindStudio a scalable foundation for its ecosystem going forward.
